Ualter Freitas is a U.S. Air Force retiree who dedicated 22 years of loyal service to this great nation.  He spent his career as a civil engineer which translates well into the real estate profession.  Ualter is committed and enthusiastic about what he does and is eager to help you achieve your real estate goals.  An agent of the utmost integrity, knowledge, and understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting the real estate market, are key reasons why he is the agent you want on your side guiding you to make the right decisions no matter if you are a buyer, seller, or renter.  Ualter is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) and graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies.  He is a property owner and investor who understands first-hand the meaning of ownership and the benefits of cashflow generated from real estate.  This is why he partnered with Navy to Navy Homes, a full-service real estate brokerage that services all members of the community and specializes in Property Management, Sales, and Relocation Services for military families in the Jacksonville area.  Special incentive programs are also offered for local community heroes (Police officers, fire fighters, medical personnel, military personnel, and teachers), through the “Homes for Heroes” program which gives back up to 25% of the agent’s commission.  Ualter was born in Cabo Verde Islands, is fluent in Portuguese-Creole, Portuguese, and conversational Italian.  In his spare time, he enjoys day and swing trading stocks and options, playing and watching soccer, and most importantly spending time with his family whether it’d be at the beach, on a hike, or just chilling and binge-watching movies on the weekends.
